Singapore's well known artist. Mr Seah was the former president of the Singapore Watercolour Society for 12 years. He was invited to participate in various domestic and foreign art and bonsai exhibitions as judge, and held several solo exhibitions. He is currently the advisor of the Singapore Watercolour Society, the deputy secretary general of the Singapore Arts Federation, advisor of Nanyang Academy of Fine Art Alumni Association, and chairman of Yuhua Potted Plant and Stone Appreciation Club under Yuhua Community Club.
