Han Lao Da

Formerly known as Han Yongyuan, Mr Han is a senior playwright and cross talk writer in the Singapore Chinese drama industry, Award winner of the Singapore Cultural Medallion (Drama), winner of the Singapore Chinese Cultural Contribution Award, He was the founder and principal of the Han Chinese Language Center. He was also the former chairman of the Southern Art Research Association and the secretary-general of the Singapore Chinese Theatre Association. He is currently the chairman of the Singapore Southern Literature and Art Society.
