Former President of Singapore Association of Writers, Executive Director and Chief Editor of Lingzi Media, Singapore Publishing House. In 2003, Mr Lim won the first prize of the Golden Pen Award hosted by the National Arts Council. Published the poetry post "Reminiscence of Little Lanterns", the poetry collection "Dream Poems", and the colourful poetry collection "If There Are Still Fireflies", etc. He is engaged in the creation of children's literature. He has hosted children's mailboxes under the pseudonym "Shouting Brother" for ten years. He is a contributor for many children's picture books.
