Professor Zhang is currently associate professor and master tutor of China-Asean Art Institute of Chengdu University, director of Chengdu ASEAN Art Museum of Chengdu University, director of Chengdu University Museum, director of the Central Painting Academy of China Democratic Revolution, the Vice-president of Sichuan Zhongshan Painting Academy. He is also the council member of Sichuan Oil Painting Society and Shudu Painting Academy.
