Bai Ying Wen, a member of the China Dancers Association and Secretary General of the World Artiste Alliance Association, graduated from Beijing Dance Academy in 1993, specialising in Chinese folk dance. He was a full-time lecturer at NAFA and SOTA, and is now the Artistic Director of B'Arts Int'l Events Pte Ltd. He organised the first "Bai Ying Wen Chinese Dance Teaching Achievement Showcase" on behalf of NAFA in 2002, and has devoted himself to promoting Chinese culture in Singapore and Asian countries for the past 20 years.
